CAMP WIREGRASS IS VERY AFFORDABLE AT JUST $100 PER WEEK. A $15 deposit is expected with each application and the $85 balance is due at the time of check in. ALL FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. The tuition price includes all lodging, meals, snacks, crafts and camper activities for the week.
There is a FAMILY DISCOUNT available if children are members of the same immediate family (brothers/sisters) AND if applications do come together in one mailing or online submission. In this case, the first child is regular price and any additional children are $95 each (DISCOUNTS ONLY APPLY WHEN APPLICATIONS ARE RECEIVED TOGETHER).
Camper applications are available in two formats from the website: Online Application for those who wish to complete and submit all online or Print Application for those who wish to print a form out for completing and mailing.

When applying for camp, always go by the grade the camper is in during the months of April/May before camp begins in June. For example, if the camper is in 9th grade in April/May before camp sessions begin in June, that camper should apply for one of the 7th, 8th, & 9th grade weeks, as the activities are tailored for young people who have JUST COMPLETED one of those three grades. Likewise, campers completing 5th & 6th grades in the spring just before camp starts in June, are to apply for one of the 5th & 6th grade weeks, as these session do cator to young people who will be moving up to 6th or 7th grades when school starts again.
Please make sure that ALL sections of the application are completed, section #2 has a signature, and that your $15 deposit is attached when mailing applications If at all possible please send a copy of your health insurance card also, if not, you will be asked for a copy upon check-in, as we are REQUIRED to have an insurance card copy on hand in case of emergencies (Tricare, Medicaid or Military ID, etc ).
Once a camper application has been processed, a confirmation letter should be mailed to the parents, stating: the week the camper has been accepted to attend, check-in information, amount of deposit received, the balance due at check-in time, and other helpful details.
